1. Agreement
By using Helios Engine (“Helios”, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
By creating an account on Helios:
- You agree to receive transactional emails related to your account
- You can delete your account at any time
- You authorize us to process your data per our Privacy Policy
- Account creation does NOT entitle you to any specific tier of service or feature set; subscription terms are presented separately at checkout
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans have separate terms presented at subscribe time, including billing cadence, refund policy, and cancellation terms.
The current public landing page is informational only.
4. Acceptable use
When using Helios (now or in the future), you agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
- Resell or redistribute Helios data without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
5. Intellectual property
- Helios brand, logo, and content are owned by us
- You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission
- Aggregate data, scoring algorithms, and divergence detection methods are proprietary
6. Disclaimer
Helios provides product intelligence based on public signals. We do NOT:
- Guarantee that recommended products will be profitable
- Promise specific business outcomes
- Take responsibility for your business decisions
You use Helios at your own risk and judgment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helios is not liable for:
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Decisions made based on Helios data
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone violating these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights of EU residents.
